Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Process and manage customer orders, inquiries, and quotes efficiently.
- Maintain and update accurate customer databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide product information and technical support to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and generate regular sales reports and presentations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- SPM / STPM / Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment or the scientific industry is a significant advantage.
