Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management for product deliveries
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and administrative documentation
- Act as primary liaison between customers and sales representatives
- Support trade shows and promotional events coordination
- Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
