- Prepare and customize Subway sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards
- Operate the food truck efficiently during events, ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and answering questions about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the food truck workspace
- Stock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout events
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Valid food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required for events
