- Oversee all academic programs and ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards and institutional goals
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality instruction
- Manage school operations, including budgeting, facility maintenance, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement school policies that promote a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
- Foster positive relationships with parents, community members, and educational stakeholders
- Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies to support academic achievement
- Represent the school in district meetings, community events, and educational forums
- Stay current with educational trends, research, and best practices in school leadership
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and 3 years in educational leadership
- Valid Principal's license or certification from the Department of Education
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational technology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff towards achieving educational goals
- Experience with budget management, facility operations, and school administration
