- Design and synthesize novel catalysts for sustainable chemical reactions and processes
- Conduct advanced material characterization using spectroscopy, microscopy, and analytical techniques
- Optimize catalytic performance through systematic experimentation and data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate catalyst solutions into industrial applications
- Develop and validate scalable catalyst production methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, patents, and peer-reviewed publications
- Stay current with emerging trends in catalysis, green chemistry, and sustainable technologies
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Proven expertise in heterogeneous/homogeneous catalyst synthesis and characterization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in XRD, XPS, TEM, and surface analysis techniques
- Publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals or conference proceedings
- Familiarity with computational modeling tools for catalyst design and optimization
- Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary research environments
- Knowledge of industrial chemical processes and scale-up methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
