- Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the secondary school division.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of dedicated teachers and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement a rigorous, standards-based curriculum that promotes critical thinking and innovation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture that prioritizes student well-being and emotional intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the wider community to support school initiatives.
- Manage school budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainable growth and facility maintenance.
- Monitor student progress and attendance, implementing data-driven interventions to support at-risk students.
- Ensure full compliance with local educational regulations and school policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Bachelor’s with significant experience may be considered).
- Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in secondary education, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, or National Curriculum) and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written) with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage conflict, and inspire staff and students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Principal’s certification or equivalent professional qualifications.
