Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and execution of school vision/mission
- Oversee curriculum development and instructional quality
- Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with national educational standards and regulations
- Develop and monitor school budgets and resource allocation
- Foster positive school culture and community engagement
- Implement student assessment systems and academic improvement plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders on educational initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years teaching experience with 3+ in leadership
- Strong curriculum development and instructional design expertise
- Proven budget management and resource optimization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in educational administration (required)
- Experience with accreditation processes
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
