Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in account management or client relations
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value accounts
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the APAC real estate market and industry dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technologies
