Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans for new medical tower development aligned with organizational vision
- Optimize resource allocation including budget, staffing, and equipment across projects
- Analyze healthcare market trends and operational data to inform planning decisions
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clinical stakeholders for integrated facility planning
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices
- Lead cross-functional resource management initiatives for complex healthcare projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare planning, project management, or resource optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Experience managing large-scale healthcare infrastructure or facility development projects
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and resource management frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Healthcare Administration (ACHE) preferred
