- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with Erjayaa’s business goals.
- Define and maintain the brand's market positioning and visual identity guidelines.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Creative) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Brand Manager or similar marketing leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing brand positioning and equity.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
