Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels for all banking transactions
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding account services, loan products, and digital banking platforms
  • Promote financial inclusion by assisting unbanked clients with account opening and basic financial literacy

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Strong communication skills in both Filipino and English
