Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-quality instructional materials and e-learning resources tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Consult with faculty members to integrate educational technology seamlessly into their curriculum.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for academic staff on effective teaching strategies and digital tools.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in educational technology and pedagogy to inform institutional strategies.
- Analyze learning data to improve course effectiveness and student engagement.
- Manage projects related to the enhancement of the campus learning environment.
Kualifikasi
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in educational support, instructional design, or academic technology.
- Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural academic setting.
