- Manage and process property and casualty claims with a focus on healthcare sector
- Investigate claim details, determine coverage, and calculate settlement amounts
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze claim trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with legal and medical professionals when handling complex claims
- Develop and maintain expertise in healthcare-related insurance products and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in property and casualty with healthcare focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools
- Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., CPCU, AIC) would be advantageous
