- Manage end-to-end processing of property and casualty claims within the healthcare sector
- Conduct thorough investigations, assess claim validity, and determine fair settlements
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, policyholders, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Implement process improvements using digital claims management systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of claim activities
- Support training initiatives for junior claims staff
- Analyze claim trends and recommend preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of property & casualty claims experience in healthcare sector
- Professional certification (e.g., CIC, AIC) or relevant insurance qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in claims management software and digital tools
- Knowledge of Singapore insurance regulations and healthcare industry standards
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
