Tanggung Jawab
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle property & casualty claims within the healthcare sector
- Manage claim lifecycle from intake through resolution, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, legal teams, and clients to gather claim documentation
- Apply digital tools and systems to optimize claims processing efficiency
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policy standards
- Develop and implement claims improvement initiatives
- Provide expert guidance to junior team members and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in claims handling, preferably in property & casualty or healthcare insurance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in claims management systems and digital transformation tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
