Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end claims processing for Property & Casualty (Healthcare) policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Investigate complex claim incidents, assess liability, and determine appropriate settlement strategies
- Develop and implement innovative claims solutions leveraging digital tools and data analytics
- Liaise with healthcare providers, legal teams, and adjusters to resolve high-value claims efficiently
- Mentor junior claims executives and contribute to continuous improvement of claims workflows
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to update claims policies and procedures
- Collaborate with underwriting and sales teams to identify risk mitigation opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty claims management, with healthcare sector specialization
- Professional certifications such as Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Claims Institute qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in claims investigation and risk assessment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in claims management systems and data analytics tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore's insurance regulations and healthcare industry standards
- Leadership experience in managing claims teams or cross-functional projects
