We are looking for a dedicated Senior Executive to join the Undergraduate Office at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the student experience and strengthen the university's alumni network. You will act as a key liaison, fostering meaningful connections between current students, graduates, and the broader academic community.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute alumni engagement programs and networking events.
- Develop and manage content for newsletters, emails, and social media to keep alumni informed.
- Maintain accurate donor and alumni databases within the CRM system.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to reconnect with inactive alumni and encourage participation.
- Collaborate with academic departments to facilitate mentorship opportunities for students.
- Prepare reports and analytics on event attendance and engagement metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student affairs, alumni relations, or marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
