As part of our Facilities Management team, you'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and department heads to reimagine campus spaces. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end space planning and management projects across university campuses
- Develop and implement strategic space utilization frameworks to optimize resource allocation
- Manage facility operations, including maintenance coordination and renovation projects
- Conduct space audits and data analysis to inform decision-making processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex infrastructure initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sustainability standards, and space policies
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in space/facility management with project leadership
- Strong proficiency in CAD/BIM software and space management systems
- Proven track record in budget management and stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of Singapore's building codes and sustainability frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret space utilization data
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM) is advantageous
