- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals focused on the Small Medium Business sector
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the SMB segment

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of success in the Small Medium Business sector
- Strong understanding of market intelligence and data analytics industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience in team development and performance management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
