Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global client connectivity projects across HSBC's CIB division
- Define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and business stakeholders
- Implement robust risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in banking infrastructure and client platforms
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and agile methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations for third-party integrations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects in financial services
- Deep understanding of banking connectivity systems (SWIFT, API integration, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery frameworks
