Join PERSOL as a Senior QC Lab Manager and take the lead in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee our Quality Control laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of product safety and efficacy. In this pivotal role, you will manage a dedicated team of laboratory technicians and scientists, driving process improvements and ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining regulatory compliance and streamlining workflows to meet production targets. You will act as a key liaison between the lab and production teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily Quality Control laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all testing procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of lab technicians and scientists to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international regulatory standards, including GMP, ISO, and other relevant guidelines.
- Implement and maintain robust laboratory quality management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular audits, calibrations, and reviews of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and manage deviations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions to minimize production risks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and communicate critical quality data to stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP regulations, GLP, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Proficient in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
