As a Senior Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving store revenue and maintaining our high standards of visual merchandising. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure the store operates efficiently, processes transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS), and manages inventory with precision. Your ability to build rapport with customers and provide tailored advice will be key to your success. You will also assist in organizing displays, ensuring stock levels are optimal, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in selecting the right luggage and travel accessories based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store, including product displays and merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) and handle cash handling procedures.
- Assist in stock management, inventory counts, and stock replenishment.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Support store operations and management with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong passion for fashion, travel, and product presentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail or business is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
