Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for HVAC systems to key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized HVAC solutions that align with client specifications and budget requirements
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and system documentation for large-scale HVAC projects
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend optimal HVAC system configurations
- Provide pre-sales technical support including system sizing, load calculations, and energy efficiency analysis
- Train clients and internal teams on advanced HVAC technologies, installation procedures, and maintenance protocols
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to ensure our HVAC solutions maintain market leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales engineering or technical sales role
- Professional certification in HVAC systems (e.g., NATE, LEED, or equivalent) preferred
- Expert knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including chillers, VRF systems, and energy-efficient solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through technical solution selling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Proficiency in HVAC design software and CRM systems for proposal management
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required due to client site restrictions
