- Manage and maintain backend infrastructure including servers, databases, and API integrations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement optimization strategies
- Develop and implement automation scripts for routine backend processes

- Collaborate with development teams on system architecture improvements

- Provide Tier-2 technical support for internal stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in backend systems administration
- Proficiency in server management (Linux/Windows) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API development
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Docker) and scripting languages (Python, PHP)
- Proven track record in implementing security protocols and disaster recovery plans
