Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure presentation meets quality standards
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with opening/closing duties including table setup and sanitization
Kualifikasi
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required for motivated candidates
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
