- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly greetings, attentive seating, and prompt order taking
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system while maintaining order quality
- Deliver orders promptly to tables ensuring correct presentation and temperature
- Manage table cleanliness and resetting between guests to maintain a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and resolve service issues
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment of dining supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards including proper sanitation protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer groups
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
