Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive table service and order accuracy
- Prepare and present food/beverages according to Sushi Tei's quality standards
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and service stations
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment duties
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B/hospitality service (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication skills in English with basic Mandarin proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Punctual with flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Valid food handling certification or willingness to obtain one
- Professional appearance with neat grooming standards
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for Japanese cuisine
