Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Present menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and preparation.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Assist with table set-up and breakdown during opening and closing procedures.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Neat appearance: Dressed in collared WHITE Polo T-shirt or white shirt & Long BLACK pants with fully covered black shoes and black socks.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for customer service and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adhere to strict grooming standards as per company policy.
