- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Prepare and present dishes according to Sushi Tei's quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle cashier duties and process payments securely and efficiently.
- Clean and reset tables between service periods to ensure readiness for the next guest.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Strict adherence to the dress code: Collared WHITE Polo T-shirt or white shirt, Long BLACK pants, fully covered BLACK shoes with black socks only.
- Neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written) for communication.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Fast learner with a strong sense of teamwork and adaptability.
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
