You will assist in the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas are spotless while also interacting with our valued customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Wash, sanitize, and store all kitchenware, cutlery, and equipment according to hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen floor, and workstations throughout the shift.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as directed by the kitchen team.
- Greet customers, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a friendly manner.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Stock and organize inventory in the pantry and walk-in coolers.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or dishwashing is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must strictly adhere to the dress code: Black T-shirt and long dark pants/jeans.
- Must wear covered, non-slip shoes for safety.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
