- Provide exceptional customer service through efficient order taking and food/beverage delivery
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards for service areas, tables, and equipment
- Support kitchen operations through timely restocking of supplies and utensils
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions professionally
- Assist in food preparation and display setup to ensure visual appeal
- Coordinate with team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age 16 (as per Singaporean labor regulations)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Punctuality and reliability with consistent attendance
- Professional appearance compliance: black t-shirt (no design), dark pants/jeans, covered shoes
- Valid physical NRIC for verification during application
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
- No prior experience required, passion for hospitality preferred
