- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 16 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in the F&B industry is advantageous but not required
- Neat appearance with the ability to adhere to strict grooming standards
