- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt order-taking and attentive table management
- Prepare and present food/beverages according to brand standards and hygiene protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen connections
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to strict food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Uphold professional appearance standards (white polo, black pants, covered shoes)
- Resolve customer inquiries with proactive problem-solving skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year F&B or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and weekends
- Basic food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with service-oriented mindset
- Physical stamina for standing/extended walking shifts
- Neat grooming and professional presentation
- Team player with collaborative spirit
