Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Sushi Tei's quality standards and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in all food handling procedures
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
- Represent Sushi Tei professionally by maintaining the required dress code and appearance standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
