Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive greeting, order taking, and timely food/beverage service
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in all service areas and dining spaces
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timing
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to food safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Support opening/closing duties including restocking and sanitization
- Uphold professional appearance standards including proper grooming and uniform compliance
Kualifikasi
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn
- Must maintain professional appearance: white polo/shirt, black pants, black shoes, and tied-up hair
