In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and maintaining a pristine dining area. We value candidates who are punctual, possess excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced setting. To uphold our high standards of service and hygiene, our dress code is strictly enforced: you must be dressed in a white plain polo tee or white collared shirt, wear long black pants, fully cover your feet with black shoes, and tie up long hair. As a key member of the floor team, you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and seat customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and communicate them effectively to the kitchen.
  • Serve dishes to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards and food safety protocols are met.
  • Clear tables and reset dining areas efficiently to maximize turnover and cleanliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries, take feedback, and resolve any complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in restocking supplies, cleaning the dining area, and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and team members to ensure a smooth and organized service flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Punctual and reliable attendance with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Good grooming standards (Must wear white plain polo tee/collared shirt, long black pants, fully covered black shoes, and tie up long hair).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues during busy service periods.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and processing orders.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or F&B is an advantage but not mandatory.
