Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing seating arrangements efficiently to ensure optimal flow.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring presentation meets our high standards of quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, chairs, and service areas throughout the shift.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including ingredient prep or plating dishes as required.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and handling change accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the business.
- Must adhere to the strict dress code: white plain polo tee or white collared shirt, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- Tie-up long hair and maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Singaporean, PR, or valid work pass holders only.
