Eraya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our Talent Pool in Jawa Timur. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and feasibility studies to identify potential acquisition sites.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with landowners, agents, and legal representatives to secure favorable deals.
- Manage the entire site acquisition lifecycle, from initial identification to contract signing.
- Build and maintain a strong network of local contacts and stakeholders to facilitate future acquisitions.
- Coordinate with legal and internal teams to ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic acquisition opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on site acquisition status and progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of working experience in site acquisition, real estate, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and close deals.
- Proficiency in site surveying tools and market analysis software.
- Excellent networking abilities and a proven track record in stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of local regulations and land laws in East Java.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
