Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical advice on smartphone features, specifications, and usage
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable mobile devices and accessories
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Manage inventory stock, including receiving, counting, and organizing merchandise
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and competitor offerings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; higher education certificate preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of smartphone technology and mobile operating systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Results-driven with proven ability to meet sales targets
