Tanggung Jawab
- Perform premium spa treatments including massages, body scrubs, facials, and aromatherapy sessions according to established protocols
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess guest needs and recommend tailored treatment plans
- Maintain pristine hygiene standards for treatment rooms, linens, and equipment
- Upsell spa packages, memberships, and retail products through consultative selling
- Document guest preferences and treatment history for personalized future services
- Collaborate with front desk team to ensure seamless guest transitions
- Participate in regular training sessions to refine techniques and learn new modalities
Kualifikasi
- Certified in massage therapy or equivalent spa treatment qualification (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC)
- Minimum 2 years professional spa experience with strong technique proficiency
- Deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for spa treatments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Physical stamina to perform treatments for extended periods
- Valid Bali work permit and health certification
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced massage techniques and treatment protocols
