Foodpanda is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Specialist, Commercial Strategy & Operations to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end strategy for vendor growth, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our partners and customers alike.

As a key player in our commercial team, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize operational frameworks and drive business expansion. You will act as a bridge between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, identifying market opportunities and implementing scalable solutions that enhance our vendor ecosystem.

  • Define & Execute Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies focused on vendor acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex business data to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover actionable opportunities for optimization.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes and operational workflows to reduce friction and enhance the overall vendor experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align commercial goals and drive initiatives.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports for leadership, highlighting progress and strategic adjustments.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscapes to keep Foodpanda ahead of the curve.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or business development within the e-commerce or technology sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement scalable, effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing industry.
