Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily outlet operations according to established SOPs and company standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols in all operational areas
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for efficient supply management
- Monitor and report maintenance issues to ensure safe working conditions
- Set up and break down dining areas for optimal service readiness
- Support inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service quality and presentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in stewarding or hospitality support roles
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Team-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities
