Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the outlet including dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house spaces
- Execute all operational tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support food and beverage service through table clearing, restocking, and customer assistance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of operational supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient table turnover during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist in training new staff on operational protocols and service standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or food service roles
- Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures in restaurant operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
