Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in consumer electronics or similar high-volume retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market insights
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience in team development and performance management
- Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
