Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Drive sales performance through team leadership, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and operational standards
- Manage store budget, expense control, and profitability analysis
- Implement staff training programs for product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining service excellence
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to optimize stock availability and minimize wastage
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in supermarket or large-format retail
- Proven track record in sales target achievement and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills for inventory management and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of local retail market dynamics and consumer behavior in Davao
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
