Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance evaluation
- Drive sales growth by implementing promotional strategies and analyzing market trends
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations promptly
- Monitor financial performance including cost control and budget adherence
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute local store marketing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years retail or food service management experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficient in inventory management and POS systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of coffee operations an advantage
