- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services
- Actively promote and demonstrate products to increase sales and customer interest
- Maintain an organized and attractive store display to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about features and benefits
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to store management
- Participate in promotional events and campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and service quality
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product demonstration
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and promotions
