Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of retail associates to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Drive store sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation reflects the brand's identity.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and handle discrepancies professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in the recruitment process and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Report operational issues and submit sales reports to regional management on a timely basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in retail store management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail operations is a plus.
