- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales associates to achieve performance targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff coaching and service standards enforcement
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct cycle counts
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Train staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards
- Enforce visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store presentation excellence
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail experience with 1 year in supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail analytics
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and loss prevention
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
