Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and manage merchandise displays.
- Ensure the store environment meets visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement strategies for growth.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
